OVERVIEW

Social Presencing Theatre (SPT) is an art form that integrates contemplative practice, embodiment, and dialogue.

In these 4 sessions, Manuela will introduce basic principles and backgrounds of SPT. We will practice the so-called "20 min Dance“, a solo practice, followed by one of the following group practices, that will vary in each session:

  • Session #1 (Jan 11th): Stuck-Dance (2h)

  • Session #2 (Jan 25th): Village & Field Dance (2h)

  • Session #3 (Feb 8th): Seed Dance (2h)

  • Session #4 (Feb 22nd): 4D Mapping (2,5h)

The sessions are building on each other but can also be joined separately.

REGISTRATION FEES

This workshop series is funded by the Evolutionary Leadership Community (ELC). Participation is free for dues-paying ELC members. Non-members are required to pay a USD $55 per session ($180 if you book all four). Registration fees we collect will be added to the community budget and used to fund other member-led programs and workshops.

If you are not an ELC member yet, you are welcome to explore the opportunity to join the community. Our members pay radically flexible monthly dues (anything above zero), enjoy free access to all community-funded events, and collectively manage community funds to finance member-led educational offers and other proposals that are aligned with the mission of the community: to support members in developing the capacity to redesign worldviews, cultures, and institutions in service to a more just, sustainable, and flourishing world.
