Fyodor Ovchinnikov is co-founder and managing partner of the Institute for Evolutionary Leadership – a California-based social enterprise that builds leadership capacity in public, private, and social sectors to address the world’s pressing challenges through cultural and institutional redesign.

Fyodor has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Asian and African Studies, both with honors, from Lomonosov Moscow State University. He has also completed the Managing Teams for Innovation and Success program at Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Advanced Strategy Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
