Tamsin is an evolutionary biologist, bioanthropologist, population geneticist, and naturalist dedicated to understanding the nature of living things, particularly humans—what kind of animal are we? What are the deep patterns that connect us to the places we inhabit, to one another, and to the other creatures that live alongside us?

As the author of several books, Dean of Geoversity’s School of Biocultural Leadership in Panama, founder of the Borrego Institute for Living Design (the BILD) in Southern California, and CEO at TEEM Innovation Group, she works to transform the way people fundamentally perceive the world and therefore design and behave. How can we consciously realign our endeavors with evolutionary processes for greater adaptability, resilience, and thriving?
